Blizzard has finally did their fans a favor by releasing a tidbit of information for the huge Starcraft 2 following to munch on, as they have finally announced what new units players can look forward to having access to in multi-player of the Heart of the Swarm expansion.
The newest expansion, for those the handful just hearing of it, is a focus on the lore of the Zerg and provides the player the chance to be the Zerg Queen they always wanted to be and conquer their foes with a zerg rush of proportions never seen before. Even those the Heart of the Storm expansion is focused on the Zerg, each of the playable races will be getting new units to upgrade and conquer with.
One of the key notes to realize about the Swarm content I'm going to be discussing is best summed up by Blizzard's own Dustin Browder as he stresses that, "This is absolutely a work in progress, and this could all change at any minute. If it doesn't meet our players expectations, we will take it out". The Heart of the Swarm content being discussed is still in beta, and parts of it may be revamped or completely left out dependent on feedback. With this in mind, I have prepared three small excerpts depicting what new units will be able to taken out for a stroll.
