So, I know getting things started up always needs a big amount of time to make it perfect and all, but I do have some constructive criticism:
a) The Design itself is quite okay, however, it runs way to slow. Every button you click makes you want to NOT click another one. -> Very bad for having a community and people that surf on a page for a longer amount of time.
b) It is far from being structually well-organized!!! This is even MORE important than my first point. I have spent about two to three hours overall on this page trying to configure stuff and see what is where, etc. And I still cannot figure out how to get to certain points that are required for signups etc etc.
Best example from today: For the Dota2 Tournament you need your favorite games set up with your nickname. Well, guess what. Even after clicking the link and being where I should be I could not GET THERE without the link. I tried getting there over favorites but you simply cannot get to that menu that you reach with the link.
Guys, you really need to work on a few things, signing up and configuring is such a pain in the ass that it makes you not want to continue to browse this page
Also, you cannot reach the forums over the widget "Forums" in your own lounge page, so you always need to go to the main page, click on forums, sign in again (if you do not have cookies), etc.
Other than that, nice ideas and nice concept!

your point a) and b) are very valid. and we have made it a critical task to fix  those.

b) is probably a bit trickier as there is a largenumber of features and sometime i agree some may be a bit more tricky to find that other.

One important thing to note is that we have a tournament sign up button that does everything in one go:
1) Jee account creation - if needed
2) Add game to favorites
3) create clan and team if needed
4) invite friends to that clan/team
5) sign up for the event

this is a multistep sign up form. we should probably advertise more about this capability as in true it takes 1 minutes to sign up to a event event if you dont have a Jee user account yet.
