- Create an account on JeeLounge.com
- Ask all your team members to do the same
- All team members must add "Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory" to their favorite games and provide their in game name by completing the field "nickname"
- Create your Clan on JeeLounge.com
- Invite your teammates to join the clan by giving them the clan URL where they will be able to see a "join group" button on the top right corner. You will receive PM for each request. Approve the request.
- Create one or several Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory team(s) within the clan and add clan members to it.
You will need to set a Team Leader during the team creation process - Ask your team leader to sign up the team for the tournament.

- Every team has to be in #Jeesport.ET IRC channel at Quakenet in order to get in touch with their opponent.
- Teams have 15 minutes afte the match is generated to show up with 6 players on a server and have to ready up or need to have started with the map picking procedure.
- Every round will be played best of 3.
- The maps are decided by elimination:
- First thing to do is a cointoss: The team with the lower seed decides if they want heads or tails
- The loser of the cointoss removes the first map
- The winner of the cointoss removes the second map
- This continues until three maps are left in the pool. In the first cup this will be 1 elimination round
- The loser of the cointoss picks the first map to be played
- The winner of the cointoss picks the second map
- The remaining map will be played as decider if needed
- If a match is not decided after three maps a knife round will be played. This will be played at oasis first stage axis flag area and the team losing less players will win. (All field ops)
- Fairplay is adviced by borth parties of a match.
